Alternate
Billing/Shipping Address:

you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your
credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held

your order to an address other than your billing address, you must

with bank. If it is not on file your order will be on hold. (Not

shipping times are contingent upon availability of merchandise and
payment confirmation. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays
or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to
contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to back order, you
will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back order,
substitute to another item or cancel your order.
Return Policy:
We are committed to give best customer service for customer satisfaction, we have the following Return Policy.
- We will exchange or return the Defective item within 30 Days of invoice date.After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell. Keep the boxes!Any defective item that needs to be exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund for the item.
- Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
- Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
- After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged
- In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization.
- We will not accept any returns without a return authorization.
- Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges to and from our location are not refundable for returned items.
- Any item that needs to be exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
- You must return the item using the same shipping methods as it was originally shipped.
- We do not accept returns on special orders, accessories & parts.
