OPERATING INSTRUCTION: •Place the bowl into a freezer, and leave it there for 8 hours. •Fitl the power unit into the lid, it will click into place. •Fit the spindle and the paddle into the power unit. •Remove the bowl from the freezer. •Lower the assembled lid/power unit/spindle/paddle onto the bowl and turn clockwise to lock into position. •Switch the ice cream maker on using the on/off button. •Prepare the mixure.allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator. •Add the ice cream or sorbet mixture by pouring it through the filling hole in the lid. •Set the paddle to churn the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency. •Once the ice cream is ready, switch off the machine and remove the lid.
